SFC Conference
I'm kinda stoked, thanks to last night's brainstorming session for our banner, t-shirt, and Latin dance. The theme of the conference is "God is Enough," - Psalm 23 (God is my shepherd, I shall not want...).

I think we're flying w/ my idea for the banner. Which is kind of neat. I thought of painting a giant hand & staff in the foreground, w/ grazing sheep fading off into background (if you can wrap your mind's eye around that one). The staff will be made of actual wood, and Pslam 23 will be engraved on it (Mae's idea).

Janelle asked Paolo & myself for some help w/ the Reggae competition...mainly w/ keyboard & general ideas. I've got a bunch of Bob Marley stuff on my computer, along with covers by Lauryn, Ziggy, the Pharcyde & Sublime. We better get crackin'; Labor Day weekend is just around the corner.

Bad to the Bone
After the meeting, we ate at a Vietnamese place in Bellaire. Claudia the badass rode w/ Patrick on his motorocycle all the way there. Is this another side of Claudia that we haven't seen? ...and do we want to see more of it? Hahah...
