The De La Cruz's Reunite. After weeks of mad preparation, Claud & Paolo's family finally come together this weekend. I'm looking forward to meeting them all. Imagine that - a room full of Claudias & Paolos. Does one even dare? ...yah, say a little prayer for me. Haha, I kid, I kid. But say one anyway.

The Works.Just picked up my schedule and free lb of beans/week from Starbucks. I marked out Gold Coast (a bold, rich & sophisticated blend) for the week. I'm really going to miss those guys when they transfer me over to the new store. The new hire Adam, who's moving to the North Park store w/ me, rung me up & effed up my order. I told him our 6+ screens would be cake before he knows it. Dan informed me that he'll be leaving us next week for school :( Michael mockingly told me that he burned Alanis Morissette's entire catalog & made me a copy. ...I seem to be the only individual at Starbucks who actually appreciates her acoustic version of Jagged Little Pill. Ah well, hopefully I'll vibe just as well w/ my new crew.

Kids' Club staff meeting today. Slackers were chastised. Un-slackers were able to unload. All beef was laid to bare. Perhaps a Kids' Club supervisor was selected? ANd in case you were wondering, Claudia, we're probably having that shelf that keeps falling on your head replaced. Puahaha...

Recent Musical Acquisitions. The Gorillaz - Demon Days. De La Soul - De La Soul is Dead. Incubus - Make Yourself (though I already had it on my computer). Cake - Pressure Chief. Blueprint - 1988. C-Rayz Walz - Year of the Beast. Beck - Guero. Green Day - American Idiot.

I highly recommend them all.

Time to hit the gym and then, maybe afterwards, meet the first batch of Paolo's cousins. Did you say that prayer yet?
